   I have always enjoyed shopping in this store, and the staff have been very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, today I had an extremely upsetting experience with two staff members (one with afro-style hair and another who looked Indian, both wearing masks). From the beginning, I felt singled out and spoken to in a way that felt more like bullying than customer service. I was told repeatedly that I was not allowed to take “too many clothes” into the fitting room, even though I wasn’t planning to do so. I tried most of the items outside the fitting room while being watched closely, and when I finally went in to try on pants, one of the staff knocked and raised her voice through the door, demanding that I open it. I felt anxious and attacked. I explained that I have ADHD and Autism and that this kind of treatment makes me very distressed, but instead of stepping back, she started complaining about me to another staff member while I could clearly hear them. When I came out of the fitting room and continued browsing, putting clothes into the large busket with wheels, the other staff member came over and again accused me of having too many clothes. I explained that most of the items were things I intended to purchase, and the rest were my personal bags, which is why it looked like a lot. She then demanded that I hand over my personal bags. I felt ganged up on and was close to tears because I couldn’t understand why I was being treated this way. This experience left me shocked and very upset. Op shopping is my hobby and I always visit many shops and never have had any issues, only my fault was I look and act a bit different then others due to my condition and these two ladies read it as my weakness and decided to be rude and bully me together. I hope management will provide training to ensure staff approach customers with respect and professionalism. No one should feel bullied or humiliated simply for shopping.

   Sadly, ZERO out of Ten, NOT One! Why? They do not commit to their promised delivery schedules. And then calling you 2hrs prior, to say there's no truck??!!! Three times they've juggled my bookings for a delivery pickup!! Enough, my junk is another man's treasure, elsewhere..Too bad for this store!!!

   There were thoughtful, caring stuff when I visited the shop last Tuesday. Even though an older lady knocked one of tge glassware shelves and did not apologise, they cared about her safety first and then quickly cleaned up the broken glasses for other customers to enjoy thrifting. Good on them!
