Had the chain break on my sons pedal tractor and wasn’t sure where to get it fixed so asked the team at Evo Orewa if they could help-they found a new chain for a decent price and even fitted it free of charge which was greatly appreciated. Epic service, I highly recommend these guys!
Fantastic customer care, they explained the functions of the ebike and added the stand to the frame, gave advise on how to clean the bike and oil the chain after use, very helpful

The shop staff give you great service. They don't put the hard sell on you and they listen to what you need. The mechanics are amazing. They are genuinely passionate about bikes and they want your bike to work as well as it can. A big thumbs up.

Excellent service. I called in for a couple of small accessories (pump, pedals) and in each case Kirk showed me a couple of alternatives out of what they had in stock, described the advantages and disadvantages of each, answered any questions and mentioned other alternatives which could be ordered. He also cheerfully and quickly fitted the pedals I bought.
