The product quality is excellent, and the sizing is exact as per the online guide. However, the home delivery option is limited when an item requires in-store collection. This can be inconvenient. The in-store staff, though, were very approachable and accommodating regarding the order issues.
Cheers David! I went in to enquire about a broken part for my boys Polygon 20" MTB that I bought there and he had a spare in his workshop and offered it to me free of charge. Great service and I will definitely continue to support this shop.
Avoid this business at all costs! Placed an order online and received confirmation, everything seemed fine at first. Then I was unexpectedly asked to send a photo ID (passport or drivers licence) simply because I paid with a credit card. I declined, as this is an unnecessary and unsafe request that exposes customers to identity theft risk. They then suggested I drive to the store with my ID, completely defeating the purpose of an online order. When I asked to speak to a manager, I only received a call from customer service (not a manager), who refused to proceed due to “chargeback issues” they claim to have had. This kind of behaviour is disgraceful, not supported by their website terms or payment process, and shows a complete lack of respect for genuine customers. I have requested a full refund and will not support a business that handles customer information and service in this way.

Such an amazing, helpful, friendly crew!!! The owner (I can only assume due to his extreme care, authority, and dedication!) was generous in kind. I went into the shop in search of 16-inch kids training wheels, which unfortunately they don't carry. However this gentleman didn't even bat an eye before telling me to "hold on one moment", he lead me to the back counter, scrounged around in a cupboard, and pulled out a brand new pair of 16 inch training wheels!!! He informed me that someone had bought a bike and didn't require them. So he passed them on to me free of charge with the giant grin on his face! I was so appreciative because I had looked everywhere and couldn't find any other than online ordering, and my daughter just got a new bike and obviously needed try it out right away! They were pure black which didn't exactly fit the aesthetic of my four-year-olds purple tassel adorned girls bike. So I took them home, took him apart, painted them and attached them to the bike. She couldn't be happier!!! Thank you so much for your generosity, kindness, and your pure love for your business and customers!!! This review in my opinion is not payment enough for how I feel so blessed by you, but I hope it helps, and I hope people see the purity and passion of you and your business!!! Thank you!!!
The staff member that served us is the absolute perfect model of what all your staff members should be and I suggest you have him train all your staff to be so helpful and knowledgeable and you’ll have a winning team and a true asset.

Pretty annoyed that after paying for the platinum service and waiting an entire month for it to be service I was given my bike back the handle bar bolts completely loose.
Great customer service and enough staff at Westgate Evo Cycles to attend to us as soon as we reach the shop. They even helped us to put the cycles in to the Car rack. Kudos to the Westgate team. Thanks!
So happy with the communications from the team regarding my order and accommodating drop off times and went out of there way to drop it off as they had run out of time. Bike put together great. Would from you again and recommend others
