    STEVE was a cool man to support you with clear and honest explanations. Did listen to us, then verified carefully and explain process including quotation. I and my son dropped the Marlin 5 bike off and STEVE called and texted an hour later that the bike was ready to go. Changed tyres, break disk, chain adjustification, suspentions check, and clean chain and lubrication gentely. Love it.

However, there was a moment after my purchase that slightly impacted my overall impression. When I inquired about whether the helmet included a box, Tom, seemingly unaware, consulted Steve, who commented, "It's probably in the rubbish bin." While this didn't feel ideal, it was the subsequent question regarding an extra pad that led to Steve's remark, "How much is it? It's probably why." This interaction made me feel as though my bargain purchase was somewhat diminished, leaving me to search online for information about what typically comes with the helmet. I believe that regardless of pricing, customer service should remain consistent and attentive. I was initially inclined to recommend this store to friends, but I now have some reservations.
