We stumbled upon this place as my daughter has a language class in the area. It’s very low key but not the food which is very, very nice. It’s goes away from the current trend of big looming slabs of food decorated with flowers. It sticks what it does well (which is a lot) and uses very nice ingredients. The pies are nice and not heavy and gluggy. I like the crepes, vol-au-vent and some of the hot dishes. The team there are very hospitable and accommodating and the pricing is very reasonable. They have been there for a long time and I expect they will be there as long as they want. It’s my weekend treat!
