   Avoid this cafe unless you don't mind rude and dishonest staff! When I ordered at the till, I asked the staff (a more matured lady nicknamed Mama Mia) if the quiche comes with salad, she said yes. When the food arrived, I commented on the salad portion size, which seemed very small (just a few leaves and less than ten slices of shredded carrot), instead of addressing my feedback constructively, Mama mia reacted defensively, saying, "I'm only a staff here...the salad is just for decoration!" I then mentioned that the portion at Coffee Club is larger and decided to let the conversation go at that point. Mama mia walked away, but shortly after, she returned and unnecessarily restarted the argument by comparing to Coffee Club’s pricing and portions in an attempt to invalidate my concerns. This response was unhelpful and inappropriate, particularly in a service-focused industry. When I tried to clarify that I was simply providing feedback, she said I am the only customer who made this kind of comment in her 3 years of work here. The situation escalated further when she raised her voice, creating a scene in front of other customers. Obviously, she was trying to make it my fault and make me a bad customer! She was going out of control! I requested to see her manager and asked for her name. Her behaviour culminated in an unnecessary confrontation, when I was leaving, I realised I forgot to mark down the name of the café so I turned around and googled it, she thought I was taking a picture, she approached me sarcastically “Do you want to include me in the picture? Do it!”. Such conduct is unprofessional and horrific!! As a customer, I do not believe I deserved to be treated this way for sharing a simple comment about the food. Unbelievable!!

   Undertrained staff, very evidently inexperienced and unattentive. There's a muffin/scone and small coffee deal. Small coffees are single shot by default unfortunately. Convenient location just outside of Farmers though with plenty of seating but other than that, can't expect much from a coffee stall inside a mall for service/quality.
