I loved my treatment at Mairangi Bay. I felt well cared for, and the facial was appropriate for my needs.
Would appreciate if the manager of mairangi bay could contact my mother regarding her recent substandard experience at this salon. She was treated terribly. Will not be recommended this place to friends and family.
I was very disappointed in the handling of my experience my daughter bought me a gift voucher for a Fiji experience, there was no dollar value on the voucher, after my facial I was told I needed to pay another $65 (the voucher was for $110) I was so shocked no one told me that the facial recorded on the voucher wouldn’t cover the full cost nor did any tell me or explain to me the inconsistency of your voucher collection, as a pensioner I found this to be a very expensive experience. I would not recommend your salon to others Sue Stephens
Having been in the industry I have high expectations around quality products and amazing customer service. I receive this every time I go to see Opal in Mairangi Bay. Opal’s highly experienced and very gifted in her craft. Shes just amazing! Both my daughter and I are not only thrilled with the improvements in our skin, we look forward to the pampering. Highly recommend About Face Mairangi Bay.
It is always a great experience coming to About Face. It doesn’t matter who the staff member is, I always find them friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. The clinic is a gem in Mairangi Bay and I am always happy to travel the distance from my house because it is so good.

Visited again today after a very disappointing treatment a few weeks ago. I had a very different experience today and I am thrilled with the results of my eye trio which I had with Opal. I will be back. Thanks for putting things right. :-)
