   Took my 4-year-old daughter here, and it was an awesome experience. The staff was super friendly, warm, and genuine without being over the top. The sweet stylist chatted with my daughter the whole time, showering her with compliments during the haircut. She offered smart, practical suggestions for the style based on what we wanted, and the result was fantastic. My daughter walked out feeling like a superstar, and I thought she looked amazing.

   I have been going here for over a decade and get get consistently good haircuts and great hospitality from the owners and operators, The place is always clean and fresh and parking and access is a breeze ( when the neighbouring retail tenants dont hijack it)

   Not accomodating. Tried to call them to set up for an appointment, we couldnt agree to set a date on my first attempt to book an appointment as they were busy. I tried to call 2 days later, and the lady that I spoke with suddenly was dead silent after asking if I could book an appointment. I tried calling again, and it was showing on my phone "line busy". I tried calling a couple of hours later, the same thing. She blocked my number. I wasn't even rude or anything. I was merely inquiring. I'm so disappointed.

   First visit today definitely not the last. I'm not someone who gets hair done often - Everyone is so welcoming and friendly, and the place is totally unpretentious. No hard up sell of 'you must buy this aftercare product' just fantastic results and great team :) so happy with my colour and cut!!
