Terrible service, disgusting food cooked in old oil, fishy-smelling food, and the worst coffee I have ever had. The staff needs a complete overhaul - they lack manners, and the owner, who met him once, is exceptionally rude. Will NEVER return!
Short haired Māori woman behind the bar was extremly rude to us when we were trying to order drinks. She came through the line and pushed me out of the way and then when we were ordering drinks she was really rude, not the first time this has happened either. I’m not sure why she is still working here because it’s a really bad look on the business. Personally I think she needs to be fired after hearing multiple stories from people about her in particular and also the other reviews which are most likely about her. Used to be my favourite bar until now which I will not be returning until she has been sorted out.
I visited this bar on Saturday night and had a very bad experience. The bartender( lady with a short hair) who served my friend and me was visibly frustrated. We asked her for a drink and she made one with so much disgust on her face. (If she would smile, may be she would look good but zero effort what so ever). Additionally , she squeezed lemon in our drinks and the juice directly hit my eyes. My eyes started watering, she realised that, but kept quiet and did not bother to apologise! I was angry because we paid for our drinks and did not deserve this ill manner. Once she was done making our drinks, I confronted her. She instead of apologising yelled back to us saying, “I am sorry, this is all I can do!”. She knew what she did, yet ignored us! When I confronted, she was ready with a rude answer. Immediately, in 5 minutes I see this same bartender stepping out and vaping, strutting arrogantly as if she gave us free drinks! Clearly vaping during work hours displayed a poor attitude and someone who dodges work and keeps taking smoke breaks! We had been in this bar last weekend too, the other bar tender (white lady) also looked angry when she served us. (What’s up with these ladies there?) Dear Manager of Little Headquarters, your staff serving at the bar needs to be trained in delivering customer service. Either they are over worked or they treat customers by colour! Never going back again!
Welcomed by the most friendly staff, which seems to be impossible to find these days. Exceptional service, staff and love the fit out!! Loved the food thank you x
