   Ordered 2 boa buns on uber eats. The one bun was rock hard, so much so that they had to use a toothpick to keep the whole thing together. Absolutely disgusting that they even thought it was acceptible to send that order out knowing that the bun was rock hard, instead of the "Soft and fluffy" bun its suppose to be made with. I dont even want to know how old it was. Pathetic. I'll never order here again.

   Changed my review after today's visit. the price went up but the portions shrunk by 40%! To be honest, it wasn't cheap to begin with but now it's not worth it. We come quite often with the kids. They love the food and bubble tea. Definitely reminds me of Taiwan food. Love how it's quiet but it's right next to the hospital so you get a lot of patients passing by.

   My first time eating dumplings in Kai. I love how a little bit crispy it is, and it taste nice with the salad in it. I also love their chicken bites and XL chicken, it’s very savoury. And my favourite so far, the brown sugar milktea, I would like to try other drinks and I would totally come back for more!!

   Order the pork bun for $10.90, came in a very nice box, but the reality was a tiny bun with a very greasy bit of pork belly, the filling covered about 1/3 of the bun and looked nothing like the photo which showed a bun packed with food, very disappointing, would have been nice to pack a serviette or offer one, as grease oozed out all over the place. The pork was nice, just nowhere near enough

   Updated review: Great service, It was very contactless. The drinks were good. Soft and chewy pearls. Nice tea flavour. The chicken was decent. The peri peri chips were great. Nice flavour. Highly recommend. I will come again for sure.

   Love their XL extreme chicken cutlets and the pork mince rice bowl. The cauliflower florets, mango strawberry slush is very nice, too! I would love to see they bring more option of sides. Such as vegetable/salad, as well as more variety of deep fry sides such as tofu and mushrooms in the future!
