First time purchasing Christmas gifts online and in store. Impressed with their efficiency during a very busy Christmas shopping week and was able to collect my online order the next day. The shop was beautifully presented and visually appealing. Customer service was excellent. The staff were calm and patient. Thank you for the positive customer experience.
So much for 'Commitment to selling high-quality products'. Bought a few products and appreciated how it was well packed and delivered quickly, but little did I know I would be disappointed to the one of the product's quality I ordered. Emailed the customer service, sent photos of the damaged Funko Pop. Got a response that it's a clearance so I wouldn't get a refund. And an option to send back the damage one, for an exchange (in my own expense). I'm a pop collector and I expect high quality products especially from this store that I have been recommended to other collectors. I get that the damaged pop only cost $15, it would be best to put on the website the condition of the product you are selling, so collectors like me wouldn't expect highly. Just because I paid 40% off the normal price, I will get a DAMAGED ONE. This could be avoided if you didn't choose the damage pop in the first place.
I have been shopping with toyco for the past few years since for my children. I buy online and instore. staff are really easy to talk with, friendly. if there is an issue, they are helpful online and resolve issues quickly. if there is a discrepancy with pricing online vs instore, they honor the price online. Good store hours as well, meaning I can buy last minute gifts with very short notice.
Great website, great range and awesome customer service. I ordered a book (on sale) and they emailed a photo apologizing that it had a crease in the front and did I still want it. This sort of thing happens with inventory from time-to-time (I have my own store so am very aware!) and I have previously shopped with lesser stores that would just chuck it in a box and not care. These guys made the effort to check with me and I really appreciate it - fantastic customer service.
Toyco is an excellent online toy store. I have bought a few lovely items over the years at good prices. The delivery is always quick and efficient. The quality of their toys has always been great. Once when I encountered a bit of a problem, the follow up service was beyond expectations (thank you Georgia, their wonderful service consultant.) I would completely recommend this company.
They seem to have an extensive range of toys, and good prices. I purchased three items - one based on something I really needed that was on special and two others as smaller items to fill a package. The item I really wanted ended up to be out of stock. While I received a 'free courier for another purchase' code, it had a limited expiry on it. The box arrived and it was a massive box for two small items. Overall pretty disappointed in the experience.
Toyco wouldn't accept a return item as the box had damage. The unopened box can be seen below. Generally a good store until you need to return something.
