   I settled on Four Words after meeting with Tash for an initial consultation and was immediately convinced they were the one for us. Tash and Lilly’s insights were honest, experienced, and trustworthy - they highlighted concerns and risks during the design phase that future-proofed the rings, where others brushed past to move me onto the sale. They listened to and refined every detail of my ambitious and probably pedantic design wishes, and still managed to deliver ahead of schedule and within budget. I was provided renders and a 3d print model before production which was a great way to see and feel it in hand before committing. It fits perfectly and there’s nothing I would change. We got a stunning stone I thought would be impossible in our budget, and since the proposal, my partner can’t stop putting on a lightshow and remarking on it’s dazzling sparkle. The travel ring is a brilliant peace of mind option with a shorter production time (great for proposing with if your proposal timeline is too tight for the actual ring) and I don’t know of any other place that offers it here. We had a bit of fun trying to tell the real ring apart - they’re remarkably similar and indistinguishable in photos. Working with Four Words was such a brilliant experience in realising our dream proposal, and unless you happen to know an elvish ringmaker, this is the best choice you could make for your special engagement ring. We will be back for our wedding bands!

   I went into this (extremely daunting) process having very minimal knowledge in the world of engagement rings. While I knew I had always wanted a lab diamond, I had no idea how easy and professional the experience to create and design one would be. After one google search, I had booked a meeting with Four Words. From the very first meeting, Vinny and Shiv listened to what little idea I had of what I wanted it to be like while acknowledging me and providing the insightful options that encouraged me towards what I was trying to achieve. After the first meeting we had an initial idea and had seamless communication online via email (Vinny, Shiv and Ella from the wider team). A few emails later (I was a little picky but they made me feel 100% accommodated) and a second meeting with my fiancés sister, we had the design. They truly designed nothing other than the perfect ring for us and it was done in such an easy and efficient way. The photos are incredible but it looks even better in person. I could not recommend Four Words enough and a year later we are looking to sort out our wedding bands with them! Truly the best in the business in every facet they operate. 10/10

   Superb service and execution. Their resources page and blog gave me a much-needed crash course on engagement ring design. Wishing for something unique I found the perfect inspiration in the examples they showed in their blogs. After reaching out they were quick to reply and an online call was arranged. In the call, Mohammed patiently answered all my questions. From the initial call to receiving the ring took less than 2 months. After the call, Four Words were very responsive to any queries and kept me up to date on the progress of the ring through renders of the ring, and details of the diamond chosen. The final ring looked even better than the renders! Awesome experience getting an engagement ring, really highly recommend Four Words!

   Highly highly HIGHLY recommended trusting Four Words to make your dream engagement ring. The whole team is amazing, communicated every step of the way, were easy to discuss my desires for the final product, kept all costs completely transparent, worked flawlessly with my short time frame, provided 3D renders before making the ring, and delivered the most perfect ring that stood out on the big day. Would not want to have anyone else in charge of something so important, and the delivery of the final product blew me out of the water. They even heard I was going overseas to propose and arranged something specific for that. Thanks guys!

   I ordered my custom wedding ring from Four Words and the experience and result was fantastic. The whole transaction was online through emails but Vinny took a personalised approach and always replied promptly. I provided photos of what I wanted and it was replicated perfectly. It was really important to me to find a jeweler in New Zealand who could provide lab made diamonds at an affordable price and Four Words fit the bill. I was hesitant to get in touch because they didn't have prices on their website, so I assumed it was out of my budget, but I'm so glad I made an enquiry because Vinny worked with me to get what I wanted within my budget. I recommend getting in touch with Four Words to start your journey with ethical custom jewellery.

   I approached Four Words for an engagement ring and from the get go the process & people have been absolutely outstanding. Mohammed, Vinny and their designer were all so pleasant to work with. I truly felt looked after and from the first call the ring started transforming from an idea into reality. The team helped me combine two designs I loved into something custom and beautiful. Cant speak highly enough about their communication, willingness to go back and adjust designs and overall tending to my needs.
