   So disappointed with this place!! Had seen the reviews and new to Auckland I thought I would buy a voucher for a gf - I rung over 6 x and no one replied to me. So I Sent my gf in anyway as I thought they must just be busy!!! Not the case, the owner obviously had no care for new clients and my gf came out so upset with her hair. The older lady (owner Steph?) may have been having a rough week but we found her to be so unprofessional and we will never return. We were disgusted in how they treat new customers who would have been spending quite a lot of money if the owner had just shown some empathy!!
