   Extremely overpriced and dissatisfying. I ordered a karaage chicken ramen. What I got was a tiny bowl containing 3 small pieces of chicken, noodles, chopped stale cabbage, all in a bland broth. The karaage chicken was actually quite good, but everything else ruined the meal. The noodles are obviously packet noodles, the cabbage was old and you could tell it was already browning/off before they served it. The broth was the worse ramen broth I’ve had in Auckland and tasted like packet miso soup. All in all a sad experience. Considering the place had no front of house staff (all automated ordering) I would’ve thought they could cut costs and focus on quality. Unfortunately they did not deliver and safe to say I will never eat here again

   Great food. So far I have only ordered pork katsu x3 for lunch for delivery & once dine in. Foto is from the visit.gotta scan the barcode to pay, a little bit confusing for me.

   Visited today for the first time since covid hit. I used to go there often before I changed my jobs. I ordered karaage chicken don. Although I ordered small, it only has 4 small pieces and did not have any delicious sticky sauce that used to have, so I ended up eating a lot of the rice on its own. Looking at the current menu, they used to serve karaage zen on sizzling plate also with the sauce, but the y have changed all the Plates to paper or comparable material even when dining in. Definitely not a fan, feels like eating at food court and creating unnecessarily waste while trying to look environmentally friendly Not sure if I will go back again :(

   Such an unexpected gem! Very impressed from our first visit. The beef sukiyaki nabe was amazing and flavourful - haven't eaten a proper sukiyaki in a long time! The kaarage chicken was also fantastic, with two amazing sauces. Overall an amazing Japanese kitchen with great menu variety. Will be coming back for sure.
