Took my son for his first initial appointment today. Upon entry we were greeted by the lovely receptionist Pam. The office is beautiful and welcoming. & the team are great, knowledgeable and super helpful. Very happy we found them and look forward to our journey alongside the team.
The team at Auckland Orthodontics are fabulous, from our first enquiry to Louis braces being removed today every interaction has been of the highest standard. We have loved feeling so well looked after and so well informed and supported each step of the journey. The whole team at Auckland Orthodontics are absolutely lovely and so skilled at what they do. I had been to a couple of other places for invisalign consults, but it was only when I spoke to Nitin that I felt confident that we could fix my under bite - and I couldn't be happier with the results. 100% recommend!
Dr Nitin made a great first impression, I took my daughter for a first look and to find out what the options for treatment were. I had a big list of questions and left feeling they were all answered. Dr Nitin explained the pro’s & con’s of all the options so we could choose the treatment that suits my daughter. I appreciated that it never felt like a sales pitch and he included my daughter in the conversation which put her at ease. My wife had taken her to another Orthodontist, but my daughter said she liked Dr Nitin, so that’s our decision made. The lady at the front desk was busy but still made time to be friendly and happy, creating a nice atmosphere from when we walked through the door. I left happy we’d found the right place.
All staff members are friendly and professional, would take their time to explain procedures and costs involved. They’d also find appointments that would work with my schedule, which is great! I started with Invisalign and continued with the normal braces for a few months to fully align my teeth, really happy with the outcomes!
The team are courteous and friendly. Pam called me again and offered my son an appointment when there was an earliest available came up so we don’t have to wait for 2 months. She is very nice and efficient. Dr Raniga is professional, patient and informative. He is a caring and gentle Dr. makes me feel confident about the treatment after the consultation. Dr Raniga gave us a lot of information about before the brace what we have to do and the retainer after brace. I am really looking forward to my son treatment. Hopefully the teeth extractions can be booked as soon as possible.
