   I visited Toyworld Manukau a couple of days ago and had such a wonderful experience thanks to a sales representative named Louisa (as shown on my receipt). I didn’t get a chance to ask for her name at the time, so I hope the name on the receipt matches the kind and helpful Pacific Island/Māori sales representative who assisted me. I was on a mission to put together a chick-themed gift and found a large chick Squishmallow. I asked if there was anything smaller available and Louisa kindly checked the system and confirmed there should be one. She then went above and beyond by helping me search through the store and as a last resort, even checking the storeroom. She came back with exactly what I was looking for. Her exceptional service truly made my day and took away so much stress. I’m happy to share that the Squishmallow ended up being the highlight of the gift! Thank you Louisa, for such amazing customer service.

   First time I visited this store as I usually go to my local in Pukekohe and I must say I was impressed by the sales that were on and especially the customer service. Thanks to the helpful gentleman for helping me find a dinosaur for my nephew. Also, a good variety of toys for the kids. A must visit if you’re looking to buy a gift for your little one whether it’s a book, toy, soft toy or a ride on. They will not disappoint!
