Natasha could not have been more helpful, great communication from first enquiry. Then there was a problem with the key getting into the property so they juggled jobs and came through for us. Great clean of the carpets Would definitely use them again and recommend their services

I have always advocated that its best all round to employ local businesses services. This was certainly proven recently when I had a pipe burst in my wall which resulted in water damage to my carpets. This fabulous Husband and Wife team arrived when they said they would and carried out a very thorough, professional job in drying my carpets. Not only did they make a stressful time so easy to deal with they each went over and above to help me, assisting with some other building requirements which due to recent surgery, I was not able to attend to. I have used Coasties Carpet Cleaning a few times now and always a superb job done. Lovely friendly service with great advice given. Highly recommended
Shocking Service. They came and their machine broke down, I spent 20mins trying to help him get his machine working again. Ray said he would come back, never heard from him again. I contacted Natasha and they came back another day. She gave me a time of 1:30pm, they arrived at 1.10pm early with no headsup they were coming early. Ray was furious he had to wait for me and said they had 5 other jobs and didn't need this job and stormed off. He said the last time I took weeks to pay which is lie, I suspect he is confused with someone else. Disappointed that they are dishonest. Won't recommend.
Natasha and Ray are the most trustworthy diligent team. They even let me know they were running 5 minutes late. Can’t recommend them enough and over the years when one of the pets have had an accident they have been prompt to the rescue.Thank you Coasties. Appreciate you!
