They got me in nice a quickly at a time that suited me before Christmas, the guy turned up on time and was really lovely, he had a great mannerism and did a quick and efficient job. The carpet came up really well. Obviously we had a few stains that would be able to be removed but that’s understandable after having 3 kids living in a house for the last 6 years! Thank you guys for an outstanding job.

We are so grateful to JP and the team — they were absolutely fantastic! Our elderly cat had a few accidents in my daughter’s room and our office, and no matter what I tried, I just couldn’t get rid of the smell. JP kindly came by after work to offer us a free quote, and from the moment he walked in, it was clear he really knew his stuff. He explained everything so clearly and had a great plan for tackling the issue. Within the week, he was back to give the carpets a much-needed deep clean, now they look and smell incredible!
