Thank- you! The carpets felt very clean and fresh and the strong dog odor is no longer there but a nice clean smell. It looks like new carpet :) after a day of airing out they dried up well. He was fantastic in fitting us in earlier so we could continue to move in. Super easy to communicate. I will definetly be returning for another clean when needed.

Wayne at Total Carpet Care does an amazing job with a proper steam clean machine, not a portable. I would recommend to everyone who wants their carpets cleaned properly to give Wayne a call.
