   Hands down my most favourite coffee place in Northshore now. I tried it for the first time yesterday and let me tell you it is not gonna be the last. Definitely gonna try food as well the next time I am there. Staff is super friendly and smiles on their faces are contageous!

   Have previously visited this store to get a bag of coffee beans for home, and the service then was prompt. Visited today and it was a 35minute wait for a bag of coffee beans, which I had to remind the staff that I was still waiting for after standing around for 20minute. Wouldn't have gone if i had known it would take that long. The staff member was apologetic but no explanation offered for the delay (it looked like they had forgotten, then couldn't locate it). The bag given looks a bit rough on the top edge, but was warm at the top seal section when given so can only assume that a bag had to be put together.

   Haven't been to their cafe, but ordered a set of grinder burrs from their website because price was as good as anywhere else, and freight was free for orders over $40. I've found that often this means that a seller will use a cheap, slow courier service. So when I ordered the burrs midday on a Friday I expected them to maybe be sent Monday, then turn up (interisland) maybe Wednesday/Thursday. But no, I had those burrs in my hands by 9am the next morning, a Saturday too! So thank you Toasted, It's so nice to be surprised by excellent service.

   best coffee in Auckland but will stop ordering lemon cake as they have changed it a bit by adding chocolate on it an and it doesn’t taste great at all. I just had a bite and didn’t have the stomach to finish it as it was soggy and tasteless .Preferred the original lemon cake.

   Good Coffee and selection of food. Very friendly and fast service. Popular with local people/workers. But limited parking spaces if you happen to drive. Otherwise it would have been rated 5 Stars
