   I went to benefit Albany and got my lashes and brows done beautifully by Victoria! This is the second time she’s done my lashes and she remembered everything from last time about how I like my brows being styled, she she let my daughter sit in the chair near me so she didn’t have to walk around the mall by herself, was very gentle and my lashes have never looked better. Overall a great experience and I will definitely book with her again.

   Had a fantastic experience getting my brows done by Chloe, she made great conversation while doing a phenomenal job on my brows. I did not have an appointment and she was busy with other customers but she asked me to wait while she finished. She made me feel so welcome that I waited and it was worth it. I will definitely be back, great service, clean, tidy and a beautiful way of dealing with her customers. Thank you Chloe!

   I got my brows waxed by Victoria a few days ago and had a really good experience. She was very friendly, easy to talk to and made sure she explained what she was doing each step of the way. I ended up loving how my brows turned out, they are so symmetrical and not too thin which is perfect for me. Would highly recommend this place for brows and will be coming back next time.

   This was the second time I had my brow lamination and tint done with Kiana. I’m always so happy with how my brows look after my appointments with Kiana. She listens to exactly what I’m asking for and she’s also super helpful in teaching me how to brush and style my brows. I’ve learnt so much about how to keep my brows looking fresh and I thoroughly enjoy being a client of Kiana’s as she is so bubbly, kind, friendly and professional.    On 14 May 2023, we decided to give Benefit Brow Bar in Albany a chance and again was left disappointed. The staff was friendly, but I’m overly disappointed with the state of my brows. Both of us left the shop with uneven eyebrows which we are still trying to grow to make it even. The brows are different shapes and different lengths and so not match with each other at all. Even now after weeks of getting them done, it’s really hard to fill and get them somewhat even. For one of the us, the filling of the brows was so bad that I couldn’t wait to get to the car so I could remove them. A small child could fill in better than that! Again, definitely not worth paying $72!!! I don’t mind paying the price as long as my brows match each other and are done correctly. I’m very disappointed in your services. I emailed the NZ Customer Care email on 28 May but have received no response to date!
