ORDERED: Banh Mi Roll combo With Coke and 2 spring rolls PRICING: $26.90 Definitely worth it. The roll was FRESH, the ingredients were also fresh and the coriander. This was the best. Thank you for the smile and greeting. I will come back again even though I live in Papakura.
We love dining here everytime we shopping at Albany. We like the Chicken pho, Bahn Mi and the Spring rolls. Customer service is good as well.
It was a busy day during school holidays and during lunch time. It's full probably because of the time of the day besides it is also school holidays. The staff are friendly and assisted me with my order since I may have missed it while looking for a table. I highly recommend this Eatery if you're looking or craving for a noodle. I ordered beef noodle. Soup is warm and tasty. I.love the spring roll which I previously bought before now I tried pork and it's tasty too. The place is clean. Staff are very prompt to clean the table every time someone leave without cleaning up themselves. I and my child found a place on the high stool that's why I can see everything happening. This place is good as you can find other cuisine that will fit your cravings. If your child loves McDonald's like mine. Visit Westfield Albany and enjoy varied choices for food aside from Buns and Rolls.
The best food ever, staff are so friendly. Food is always fresh. I only visit Auckland once every few months, but they always remember me & thank me for buying their food.
- Crispy pork belly banh mi 9.1/10 I added an extra $1 to have crispy pork belly, and it made the banh mi so much better. This place alway been consistent with their food, and always have the right balance of Veges and meat. Score would be higher if they add more coriander. - ROTI with crispy pork belly 8.7/10. Their roti always damn good, basic by itself, but done very well. - Grilled pork spring rolls 8.3/10 Another strip of pork would be a lot better. However, these are so good with the dipping sauce in the container they add. It is very fresh and delicious. Must try, solid and affordable vietnamese cuisine.

REPLY : FYI - no one “leaned” at your table. If I may suggest, you must see the video once again. The bag was clearly kept next to a small board on extreme left side. I turned the bag slight, read the customer’s name and kept it inside the warm bag (since there was another order which was not ready) to keep the food warm had to be kept in the bag. AND, so if you may recall - I was the one who told you I am waiting for another pickup, first one I took and kept in the bag. Then YOU STARTED YELLING AND BEING RUDE IN PUBLIC which you could have just informed me by being polite. There are many outlets who keep the delivery bag outside and are supposed to collect it “unless the order is behind the counter”. Tell me this, 1. WAS YOUR ORDER BEHIND THE COUNTER? 2. YOU THINK BY YELLING AND HUMILIATING ME IN PUBLIC MADE YOU LOOK GOOD? 3. DID - YOU, HAD TO ASK “ME” WHERE THE ORDER WAS? We earn this money with hardwork by delivering food in time and neat way to our customers. “Try to be a Good Person and Learn to Treat Others Equally.” I come from a family with values so I kept quite - no other will tolerate your behaviour. Just because I am working as uber driver do not mean we are YOUR SERVANT and more than that “a racist”. Be respectful next time towards any kind of job a person does. And am sure I will never eat at your outlet nor will suggest anyone.
I do uber eats and constantly get orders to pick up from this restaurant. The front staff always keeps the order ready and asks to take the one after checking the name. Today i had two orders and some racist lady started yelling at me for picking up the order. She literally created a scene where she could have politely asked if she had concerned. Very terible service and certainly she was being racist. Awfull service Replying to your reply check with your male staff who works at front house few days back he only said uber order are kept in front just check in that. Same pickup standards are used as KFC and Mc Donalds as well. Nonetheless you have to be human the main issue is the way you talk and the tone in which you talk. We ain’t stealing from your business just have some empathy when talking to fellow humans. And check your footage to see who has previously asked us to take food from the place where it is kept.
Recently started ordering from them on Uber eats and I am in absolute awe of their summer rolls, so fresh and delicious, and don’t even get me started on the dipping sauce, I can’t quite pin point how or what ingredients they use to make it but I can’t get enough of it, I end up drinking it like a soup. Absolutely beautiful food! My new comfort food❤️
