Fusion CafΓ© is a fantastic spot with a really inviting space. There’s plenty of seating both indoors and outsideβ€”front and backβ€”so it’s easy to find a comfortable place to relax and enjoy your meal. The portion sizes are generous, and everything we tried was delicious. We had the pho and the French toast, and both were excellent, with the French toast being especially memorable. I’m already looking forward to visiting again the next time I’m in town.

I may have just eaten the best Smoked Salmon Bagel of my life. Anticipated opening my takeaway container to see your regular ol bagel, but NO! It was stacked with rocket, tonnes of smoked salmon and watercress - and who knew that pickles tasted amazing with this combo?! Delicious! Thank you.

Nice little gem of a Vietnamese fusion cafe. I had chilli scrambled eggs and she had a bagel with bacon and avocado. Two chai lattes. Well we ordered 2 and received 1. I don’t think the full order was heard correctly. Which means the order wasn’t repeated back for accuracy. Followed up with a cinnamon brioche, coconut pineapple slice. Tasty food. The mock cream on the slice took away from the flavour of the slice itself. And we shared the one chai latte we got. Busy cafe.

Lovely cafe with a little garden and play ground for kid at the back. Phở is customised to nz style with big portion of noodle. My kiwi husband love it but I hope it has more broth, or less noodle. In general really fulfilling bowl. Nice flavour with chopped ends of spring onion. Banh My was really nice with pate! Prawn bao bun was great. You gotta try salted coffee here - star! We had some other things for the kids - which are okay. Banana bread is a must try! Us 2 and 3 kids come to $105. Pretty good for auckland.

Everything is amazing! Banh Mi is superb! Pho is really nice. Fresh toast is beautifully done and presented. The team are attentive and friendly. The backyard is a nice & relaxing area for brunch. You can just forget about the city noise for a little while. If you are looking for a laid-back and easy brunch place Fusion CafΓ© is the one.

Lovely mixture of foods on the menu and food beautifully presented. Lots of vegan/gluten free options and the coffee is superb! I had the wild rice bowl, was delicious and the Kim chi really lifted the meal and tofu was full of flavour, the salad did need some kind of sauce or agent to make it less dry otherwise meal was great. I requested avocado with it and it went so well with the dish. The salmon bagel was perfect, was hearty with the proper salmon fillet and swapped out the cream cheese for avo. French toast, was a ten, presentation spot on and lovely bits of fruit to add some lightness to the meal. The full breakfast was impressive and the pork and fennel sausages were the star on that plate. I recommend to try their freshly pressed juices, specially the green juice, great way to start the day. This place is great for litte ones as their is a Hidden courtyard at the back where they can be less restricted and enjoy the outdoors. This place had some lovely Vietnamese options on the menu and I can't wait to go back and try the pho!! Oh and duck fat potatoes must try, they are delicious!!!
