   Great communication throughout, from providing a quote to on the day moving of a lounge suite. He kept me updated when he was arriving 10 mins late (due to other customer). Friendly and professional, I would highly recommend.

   I asked yesterday about a urgant pick up drop off as it says they close at 10pm. This was about 7.30pm. I got a reply asking what it was and how big,they will ask the driver if he can squeez one more in.I gave the details. Got a reply saying driver is already at home, "this is 8pm" if i want to deliver tomorrow they can book me in. I replied "thankyou ill send details in the morning" sent them details this morning. 1.30 pm i get a reply asking when is the pick up ready?. I said its ready abd i need to know how much or if you have a account i cant transfer to. No reply. Iv asked to just simply tell me they cant do it so i could have arranged someone else before buisness hours are done for the day. Not happy. Do not Recommend.

   Dont trust this guy unreliable, no back up plan and no extra manpower. I managed to book a time and date for my moving house with him 1 week in advance but on that day he did not show up. He only texted me 2 hours before that something happen to his stuff that's why they cannot deliver my stuff. Not my fault but he should do something as I already booked my new accommodation and no place for me in my old apartment if I will extend as someone is going to take over my place. I gave him 5 hours allowance to solve the problems but he did not do anything. I ended up paying one company double the price of this guy as this is an urgent booking and its Saturday. Dealing with this guy is a total nightmare. He promised to give me $20 compensation for what they did he said it might help a little bit but I've waited for 2 weeks but nothing. He did not transfer any single dollars in my account its rubbish. He always lied to the customer, this guy cannot be trusted,

   DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! Unreliable, just didn't show up! Untrustworthy. I arranged for this person to come and help me with a few things on the day I was moving house, communication was terrible but we managed to set a date and time, when the time came they never turned up, I txt and called multiple times over the next few hours and no response, and i've still not heard anything from them, total time wasters. I had to arrange someone else to come and help me, made my moving day a total nightmare! Do not use this service!
