   Very disappointed with the piano moving service with Trust Mover today. They wheeled my two years-old brand new piano straight on concrete driveway! Unbelievable unprofessional and lack of common sense, skills and professional gears. Now wheels are damaged and only can find out if there’s other structural damage until the visit of the tuner. The Trust mover boasted about themselves as a professional piano mover, but I’m so regretted that I chose their service!

   Hard working drivers and movers. Thorough and took care of some very precious furniture for us. All arrived safely. Only glitch was a comms one, with English as a second language and the receiver (me) not able to hear the accent - but that was nothing, just a part of being a part of a wonderful diverse community! I will definitely use y'all again!

   Hamilton branch: Very happy with the service provided by Team J - Jars and Jeeran. They picked up our stuff in Hamilton and dropped it off to Wellington. Moved a one bedroom flat with zero damages. Will definitely use their services again if moving. Both boys were friendly, professional and worked beautifully as a team. Well done boys and thank you for all the help moving the heavy stuff.

   Do not use this company to move your belongings. Monday 18 August 2025 I chose to use this company to move my stuff from my old address to my new address which was only a 2minute drive apart. Ritik and Pankaj (workers) carried my bed mattress and used so much force that they broke the retractable clothes line mount from the wall in the garage. Once I confronted them about this after they moved the stuff they denied this and said they didn’t do this. I also confronted them about my fridge as there was a big noticeable dent. They also denied damaging this. They’re not trustworthy and honest. If you do decide to use these guys make sure you watch them closely every second so they don’t do this to you. I’m not happy with the service they provided at all.

   I had a great experience with Trusted Movers. They sent three guys to deliver a big bookcase, they were great people who took a lot of care with the case and had lovely attitudes! They also kept up communication, letting me know how far away they were, when they had collected the item etc. Aimee was very helpful setting up the moving date too. Cheers guys!

   If you are moving and need an awesome team that know what they are doing, choose Trust Movers. Booking was too easy, the team were working when others I had approached were not (day after Matariki), Aimee provided a quote super quick and booking was made. The guys rang when 15 mins away to let me know they were on the way, John had some top truck driving skills! And the man knows how to stack a house into a truck! Amazing job done by Ravi, John and the team, no task was too much work, very willing to get as much into the truck as possible. The team were very professional and knew what they were doing, highly recommended, will use them again if the need arises. Thanks again guys, awesome mahi!

   Efficient Move by Trust Movers A big thank you for the great service provided by Trust movers and team. You did so much more than required. You guys were extremely helpful and efficient and made my move very easy. Please pass on my thanks to Aimee for sorting things out in a very short notice and the two guys who did the pick up of items for us. A big shout out to the person who delivered the items, he worked very hard (we have 2 flights of stairs and no lift!), and was courteous, fast and really friendly. I will not hesitate to recommend your service.

   John and Pankaj, did the house moving in very good time and were most professional as they went on to complete their job. I have to make special mention of John who is a big strong man and worked so well. We did have some extra heavy items but not a big deal to John, who used his expertise to fit everything in one trip. Trust movers costs works out to cheaper than others from my comparison as there are not hidden charges. THANK YOU TRUST MOVERS. Thank you heaps John from my wife and I.

   I was fortunate enough to have John and Roshan help me move all of my belongings into storage. They guys did an impeccable job putting all of my things into the truck (they were able to get it all in the truck whereas past movers could not) and everything was stacked beautifully. It was like a work of art. My belongings were taken to the storage facility where they offloaded it all into the unit, with room to spare. Once again, everything was placed perfectly with skill. They were efficient, careful and very friendly. Highly recommended and I will be booking them again to take my things to my next property. A job well done and a very satisfied customer. It made my day mostly stress free and they can be relied on to provide an excellent service.
