   I did a keratin treatment and eyebrows here, and it was one of the worst experiences. I was told over the phone that Boxing Day offers were running for 2025, but when I went to the store, they said there were no offers. When I mentioned that the staff had informed me on the phone, one staff member promised a free eyebrow service; however, this was denied at billing. This is not about money—it’s about trust and keeping your word. The keratin treatment was poorly done by the staff member, Payal. I was not expecting a completely straight look, but I have had keratin treatments before and know the expected results. The cream was not applied evenly, the ironing was not done properly, because after washing my hair three days later, my hair is still very frizzy. Not worth the money at all. I do not recommend this place.

   Manu was my hair stylist and she did an awesome job. I absolutely love my hair and I got exactly what I asked for!! She’s also a very lovely lady. Great service and customer service I’m so happy . (I got it dyed)

   I had a beautiful hair service on Monday with Rekha! She was very busy managing the shop as well as doing my highlights, she was extremely kind and I felt comfortable! Minnah was another hair stylist there she was very friendly. Will highly recommend both these lovely ladies to others. Keep up the beautiful service ladies. Will be back in the future.

   Bro! Disgusted in their work! Took my 11 year old here just to have her hair thinned ONLY. Very cramped so stood outside and waited. When my daughter came to me, her hair had been tied in a low ponytail so it felt thinned and was happy, only to realise once she took the hairtie out, they had chopped a huge chunk from underneath - the cut wasn't even straight it seems just like a random handful and chop! A shaved undercut would've been nicer than this outcome! She's had her hair thinned elsewhere before and they only use the thinning scissors. The photo doesn't do it any justice cause we had straightened it to add length.

   I've just had a basic cut no styling 1 inch max off bottom of my hair, wash and straighten and eye brows threaded, the hair cut was well over charged as follows $45 for hair cut (1 inch off no styling, no layering basic hair cut) $25 for wash $65!!! For straighten (just with hair straighteners) When I politely asked for a break down of the cost the lady gave it to me, I told her perhaps she should give people a heads up of the extra prices for hair straightening etc she was so rude and told me that people don't get told they will just find out when they pay that this is how they work. I will never use this service again. On the plus side the lady who did my eye brows and the lady who did my hair were very polite.

   Came in today and left a very happy customer :) Staff were incredibly kind, friendly and welcoming. Minnha was excellent during conversations around price and process…she is so upbeat. Dee did my colour, cut, and blow dry…she is a true magician. Thankful to Dee for keeping me informed throughout the experience as this was only my 2nd time at a salon…she is such a warm spirit…thank you sis. Thank you Manukau Kess team…will see you all next time :)
