   Well they advertised to cater for 0 to 4 yrs old but nah, they said they cant do haircut for 1 year old.

   Poor customer experience from the staff. I almost walked out. The 2 hairstylist was almost free when I was there and they didnt even look at me. I felt a bit of racism there. It was only the Asian lady who was good.

   Bad experience getting my six year old daughter's haircut. There was loud music. When I asked the lady (Asian lady) who did the haircut to turn down the music she giggled with her coworker. She hardly cut off anything even though I said to cut off as much as possible while still being able to have a ponytail. She also cut a random rather large strand of hair too short for a ponytail. She charged me $29 for this. A complete rip off

   Have been going here for 10yrs+. I have always had my haircut the way I have wanted. I usually go to Terri or Kerry...both awesome stylists. I highly recommend to all.

   Worst haircut of my life. You're charged high end salon prices for horrible hair cuts. I asked for only about a cm off, light layers, she didn't even look at the picture I showed her for reference, and she cut chunks out willy nilly like she didn't even know how to cut hair. I got home and cut my own bangs because she messed my hair up so bad I didn't want to risk her messing up my fringe too. Never going back here. Don't go to the lady with a curly pixie cut, she has no idea what she's doing.

   The last 5 times I've been they've failed to cut my hair straight. Ive gone back 3 of those times! The only good hairdresser is the lovely short Asian lady. As for the rest of them, you're better off doing it yourself, it'd be far better!

   I got my long curly hair cut really short, which can be abit scary. my hair stylist did a fantastic job, shaped it beautifully and I was delighted with my new short curly style. She looked at the pics I had in mind on my phone, recommended what would suit me best and what shape to go for. With such a drastic change I was put at ease and I was so happy with the result.
