   Ordered large Sundae heaps of times and every single time I'm hoping they will follow standard but instead of 2 full shots of choco topping 1 at the bottom and 1 on top I only received 1 shot of choco topping on top and the reason I bought a large sundae is because I wanted more choco topping in it. New Lynn branch is way better. This branch is same as the Sylvia Park branch. Give people what they paid for. If not then, change the photos in the ordering kiosks. Coz that's misleading. We aren't getting the product that we paid for.

   They have two operator machines for the checkout, only one person taking orders, they need two people on the speakers. Then we waited 20 minutes for a happy meal and had to park up. And when the lady came to hand it over she said “really” and sighed at me. If these people hate their jobs they should quit and not take it out on the customers.

   Made an order for a 6pc nugget happy meal with hot chocolate as the drink and a 3pc assorted Mc pop. Only to receive the mc pop cold when we’ve ordered it before from here and I asked for it hot and they did heat it up and give it to me. When I asked this time, the manager said that they can’t do it. Ordered the Mac pop from their manukau store as well and received it hot. The website also says that they are supposed to be a “warm snack”. brimming with warm sweetness . THAT IS FALSE ADVERTISING !!! Got home an hr later and only to try the hot chocolate and it was more on the watery side. Opened and looked inside to find that there was no milk and barely any chocolate. There was more water than chocolate. Horrible and horrible !!!

   I have ordered in the past month two quarter pounders and tonight when I opened my takeaway box, all the burger had was a patty in bread with a tiny bit of sauce and nothing else! I’m so annoyed about this. They do this often and no one is fixing this and it’s not okay. Try go to a different store if you want your order done correctly….. Also every-time I go in the staff are just rude and seem extremely bored which is fine but you don’t have to be rude. I’m not going to this store anymore.

   We went through the drive through between 11pm and 12am last night and omg the service we received from the staff was 10/10. The lady taking the orders through the intercom was so nice to every vehicle passing through. The island ladies at the food window were super quick and efficient with our order. The food was fresh, burgers and chips and the drink was actually fizzy. I cannot believe I am saying this about Mangere McDonalds but that was the best order of McD’s we’ve ever had lol

   Waited almost an hour for our food that was delivered with a piece of hair, HALF of the order was missing and they gave us cold chips! After calling again and again with no answer, I am now writing this review. Mangere town centre is notoriously KNOWN for having cold fries and POOR service. I seriously wouldn’t recommend. (Unless you like hair in your food ofc)

   Has clean toilets even disabled toilets and the atmosphere is calm, relaxing and enjoyable to have your meals there with mix race mostly Polynesian people dine in and mostly elderly Polynesian people socialises on one table . Recommended 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
