Wrote our names in the queue list, while waiting for the seats our 5yo got very hungry and asked to buy whatever they have for takeaway so he could start eating. We asked if we could bring the food that we bought from them into the seating area and they strictly said NO. Lost 4 customers that otherwise would have bought more food from them and got 1/5 rating for their poor service.

Quite honestly, the scallop sashimi was great. And thatβs where the list ends. It was peak dinner time but white fish was not out on the carousel, but a large amount of fried toppings on tiny nigiri. Fish (and even tamago) was cut quite thin and floppy, sushi rice lacked any flavour. Whoever decided to put sweet shrimp, salmon, sweet tamago with mayo in the same hand roll needs to taste their creation for themselvesβ¦. then quit their job. For above average prices, the quality was just not good, this is a fun place to take children and people with no experience eating Japanese food, but sorely disappointing for anyone else.

Been here twice, first time during lunch then recently for dinner with family. There's a good variety of sushi, sashimi & tempura dishes on display at the sushi train. Both times l have visited have been extremely busy and having to wait around 15-20 minutes to be seated. Food was always fresh & tasty & you can also order off the menu if you prefer something different. Prices range from $4.6 - $10 per plate depending on the colour of plate you select. Staff were pleasant to deal with, they explained the kitchen was closing at 8pm but they'd be happy to make dishes that weren't on the sushi train. Overall good experience and would recommend.

Food is good but itβs quite pricy for very little food. itβs a nice sit down place and u get to choose what u want to eat. thereβs a big range of sushi types but some plates were not as fresh as others. overall probably will skip next time.

We were looking forward to trying a different sushi train restaurant and were very dissatisfied at the service and lack of options. The staff were made up of very young men who seemed to be congregating in the kitchen and out of sight, this made them hard to find when we needed something, when they did appear they had to be waived down each time and were sniggering the whole time when serving us, and we felt like we were bothering them whenever we had to call them over. no manager or supervisor seemed to be around. The food was ok but there was a lack of food on the βtrainβ so had to order everything from the servers. The taste was fine, nothing amazing, and the portions were quite small. We really wanted to like this place and weβre looking to trying somewhere new but will not be coming back unfortunately as this ended up being an expensive and disappointing experience.

Will highly recommend. Back to this place with hubby and two children for a dinner. There was not much food due to soon be closing but they informed us ahead.

It is more expensive, however you are getting the novelty of sitting down, picking and choosing what you like. Sushi quality and selection same as st Pierreβs, however they do have other interesting things that you canβt find in St Pierreβs, like raw shell fish and basic ramen. It would be great if Japanese dessert like Mochi rather than cream puffs and tiramisu. If you want to avoid queue, go the moment they open otherwise it is a bit of a wait. Toddler friendly and Service is decent.
