Unlucky with my meal I suppose. Chewy picanha and a bland cilantro, lime and garlic "topping" they listed as chimichurri. Quite expensive too so the disappointment is proportional to that. Otherwise a nice place so I wouldn't discourage people to visit. Just stick to the simple dishes the kitchen can handle.

Food taste was awesome, some of the best we have had in Auckland, however the portion size for the price was very small. We had the Char grilled Prawns as a starter that cost $32.00 for two small prawns, as much as mains cost in many other places. Beef main was awesome and very well cooked but also expensive. Food was very slow to come, but staff was apologetic for it. Overall very nice excellent food but price is high. It is very dog friendly and the resident dog there is super chilled and friendly.

It was a lovely sunny lunch time in Devonport. This place has nice outside seating. They do need a few more umbrellas for shade. The food was good but the menu was a little misleading. We ordered two burgers that I thought was accompanied by salad but it turned out to be the garnish in the burger. The fries were excellent. The food came out one item at a time. If your having a meal with a friend it's nice to be served at the same time. We were still picking at the fries when they took our plates away. This is such bad etiquette. This is not a cheep cafe. Burgers $24 & $25. Fries $10 . I expected a salad and good etiquette for that place. Two glass of wine $91. The staff were super friendly .

Decided to take my lunch at this lovely place when I visited Davenport, and I think I made the right choice. The Salmon on the toast I had was lovely, but a bit pricey tho. The great thing is that they also have gluten free and dairy free options available for those who have dietary restrictions. The staffs and the owner (a guy with that lovely dog?) were also nice and friendly. It was a lovely afternoon surely.

Came to visit devonport and picked a random place to have lunch, this place was the lucky one ☺️. Staff are very welcoming, and there are many seats inside as well as options outside. The food is definitely enough to fill you up. I enjoyed the burger and wedges.

Loved the Sunday roast for Mother's Day - food was outstanding and very friendly service from all the staff. Nice little kids menu with a couple of options outside the usual beige fried stuff most places offer.

Great tasting food, lots of veggie options including fully vegan dishes. I didn't try the beverages but they have beer on tap. I had the kimchi pancake and boyfriend had the vegan chicken burger (he's not vegan and he had a side of bacon, which was rather sad looking and a very small portion). The burger was really good and the buns were delicious. The kimchi pancake was good, but in the menu sunfed chicken is listed as an ingredient, so I assumed the portion would be decent but it's only crumbs that are sprinkled on top. Was disappointed about that, but otherwise it was tasty. I'd go back but would order differently. Kurtis the dog is really sweet and they're pet friendly of course.

Tasty food, great ambiente and very good service. Only thing i could nag about is the portion size to price ratio - plates should either be a bit fuller or prices a bit lower. Otherwise really great, therefore 5 stars. Menu is also very vegan/vegetarian friendly!
