They were highly professional, punctual, and extremely kind, and respectful throughout the entire process. They took extra time to make my mother comfortable, explained everything clearly and patiently, and directly addressed our concern about her worn, aged hands. They confidently explained how modern techniques and gentle methods could still produce clear, usable fingerprints—and they delivered exactly that. The prints were successful and of excellent quality despite the challenges. Their expertise, compassion, and calm demeanor made a potentially difficult appointment easy and stress-free.    They are very professional, they even used ink that does not stain your fingers and had the correct form ready on time for your appointment. You just need to take your passport with you. They even used very high-quality paper. They are friendly, professional, and it is quick and easy. I am very happy with their service.

   I had an excellent experience taking my daughter to her very first fingerprint appointment. When we arrived on time, I realised we had mistakenly left her identification document at home. Tom and Allie were extremely understanding and considerate, and they kindly allowed us to go back and get it, assuring us that he would find time to fit us in upon our return. It took us 45 minutes to return, and true to Tom's word, he accommodated us with patience and kindness. The fingerprints were taken in a very professional and efficient manner, with each step clearly explained. We truly appreciate their empathy, professionalism and willingness to help. I cannot thank Tom and Allie enough for their understanding and exceptional service.

   These guys are there for you and were happy to help me through a US fingerprinting process over phone and email. The public fingerprinting system seems to be broken if not non existent after the post office handing it over to Kiwi bank; not to mention that unvaccinated persons weren’t even allowed to book an appointment with kiwi banks finger printing. Forensic Insight saved the day when this could have become a major road block to the visa process. Give them a ring, they’re great people who know they’re stuff.

Not to mention they are saving grace during lockdown if you need fingerprinting done. I highly recommend them especially for 2022 when Kiwi Bank no longer does fingerprinting.
