It is very well stocked, but the stock inside is a little bit messy. There were items at this shop prices $10 higher than Toy World in Glenfield. I came here and bought a toy on sale but checked the receipt later and saw the discount sale price hadn’t gone through and had paid full price, went back and they refunded me.
I am a toy collector and have visited many Toyworld stores across New Zealand. This is truly one of the very best Toyworld locations. They don’t impose unreasonable rules, such as forcing customers to purchase complete sets of Hot Wheels Premium items (something Mattel has never required in the first place). The store is spacious, bright, and very well organised. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Their pricing is also consistent with the official Toyworld website, unlike some other franchise stores that raise prices on popular items. Even though I live in central Auckland, this store is always my first choice when shopping at Toyworld.
Wow. What a great shop. So much to pick from. Olivia was absolutely amazing and so great with my children. We all left that store smiling. The best service i have ever had. 10 out of 10
Great selection and friendly staff, only issue is it's not pushchair or wheelchair friendly due to stock on the floor and can't get round the isles.

An awesome day for the kids today, lego building competition from 10am till noon, kids had an amazing time, the staff were fantatstic, caring and very patient...a great store for all your toy needs with great parking outside
