What an authentic taste of and from India! The sambar is so flavorful and best in New Zealand. The food served is prepared with fresh ingredients and you can feel it in the taste. Thank you RRK madras cafe for your warmth, friendly, professionaliam behavior and hospitality.
Completely bad morning for me The store was completely empty in morning i ordered just a Masala puri single item and that one as well waiting bit more and after that getting order the puri was more oily so i ordered extra only just 2 puri that as well take too much time so i cancel that extra poori as well because of long waiting period. completely waste of time and this is my 4th experience which is same so i felt like to put review. And the the thing is one more customer arrived after me as well getting frustrated for waiting and bad service when i left he try to had a small chat with me. bad services and oily food as well.
First time here, enjoyed the authentic South Indian lunch. We ordered lots of dishes as items were reasonably priced but a tad small for the price. Service was slow but worth the wait if you’ve been craving for such food. Will visit again next time we are in Auckland.
Madras Cafe right in the middle of Sandrigham high street . Such an authentic and delicious kerala /south indian food and best of its price. Enjoyed every bit of our food and can't wait to go back and try another dishes. We ordered : Chicken curry parotta Mutton curry parotta Iddiyapam with koram Extra parotta and iddiyapam Filter coffee + sprite All we paid was $50 Must try place if you enjoy South Indian food ,veg and non veg options available.
Great authentic Indian filter coffee and south Indian cuisine. Small but typical Chennai style cafe, reasonably priced, good service
The restaurant is simple, however the food and the customer service is outstanding! The good is very affordable as well. I had a plate of Idli, a plate of Set dosa, a plate of Chicken Kothu parota and a Filter Coffee, and all this costed me only $34. Chicken Kothu parota is a must try dish! Would highly recommend if you have a good palate for South Indian cuisine. Cheers
