Went to the drive-thru and ordered a frozen drink. It was cold and refreshing, but the taste was a bit weak. Service was quick and easy. Good for a quick stop.
Terrible terrible food. The chips were cold with little seasoning and no salt. The hashbites were overdone, all it was was crunchy oil also had absolutely no seasoning or salt. They mixed up my drink and gave me sugar cola instead of diet (I’m a type1 diabetic - extremely dangerous!!!) and my burger had all the things on it I said I didn’t want. Terrible.
Tried two separate order machines and both failed at payment time. A bit annoying as we had to order at the counter and wait for people in front. Food was as expected, the meal deals are good value for money.
Used to be one of my favourite BK’s until the other night we got cheeseburgers w no cheese, and yuck sugar free tasting sodas.
It's one of the best BKs I've ever been to very clean and well managed. Food was prepared well and served really quickly. Great staff.
I normally dine during lunchtime was served and received meal 2 minutes later was unpleasantly surprised to find my Burger cold went to complain about it they went away and 3 minutes later returned with another cold Burger they are normally piping hot every time during the day shift never going back at night it is not the first time this has happened Went back the next day complaining to to the Manager they apologized and replaced the meal left very satisfied with meal and service take a bow day shift in restoring my faith in the quality of the food Kind Regards Tapahi Peita
To the worker attending the counter today at 11:24am 10/10 service, was willing ro go the extra mile n definitely deserves a payrise
Burger King Albany is surrounded by shops such as The Warehouse, Briscoes, Cotton On, Chemist Warehouse etc and public parking available with lots available when not peak hour shopping. It has done in and drive through. We normally use the drive through and it's pretty accessible. Service is average, the times that we have been and the meals are pretty much the same as you get at any of their outlets. It's close to Albany Westfield shopping Centre and also to the main thoroughfares. They don't seem to have the same meal deals that they used to Offer, or we haven't seen them for a while. Overall, if you feel like fast food and don't want to wait too long to get it - then it's a good option. Bon Appetit..
Unfortunately the shop was dirty , floors and tables dirty with takeaway packaging all over the place , young kids using the area as a hive of vaping , making a noise , swearing and shouting . Orders got mixed up as customers had to remind staff off there orders. You guys need to beter this is below average.
