   I took my 92 year old Mother in law this morning as she had a chipped tooth that needed the edge smoothed. They were so lovely and caring to her and after fixing her tooth and helping us out…. They said there was no charge! Kim said she had a long life so wouldn’t charge her. Highly recommend as they treated her with so much respect and did a good job as well

   Not recommend, Dr Kim was chatting with the nurse for 30mins of my whole treatment time that wasn't related with the treatment as I understand Korean that was completely personal topic about a friend of the nurse's also his personal story. I was nervously opened my mouth with pain, thinking that am I safe? to open my mouth? for whole 30mins, they both wearing masks but I was not. Seriously, they both shouldn't do that under this Covid pandemic. I pay high money to get the professional treatment not for their personal chatting. The dentist is absolutely unprofessional.

   We have been a patient of Dr. Kim since 2003 and in my my recent visit this September 2019, he did an exceptional job in cleaning and doing a filling on our teeth as usual.    The worst place you can go to for any form of dental treatment. I called up asking for a quota and this place had the lowest pricing. So I went ahead and completed the first procedure of my treatment, but after the procedure was done they changed the price of the original quota to over 1000 dollars. Not to mention the unprofessionalism of the dentist when I brought up the original quota that they had emailed me. He responded saying that never happened and that was an "unrealist" price with such a patronizing tone. This is such a terrible place for anyone to go to as they can hike up the prices to unreasonable amounts when you are vulnerable in the middle of your treatment. Now I'm stuck with a hole in my gums(also did a terrible job on my teeth) and a having to find a new dentist in fear that they might raise the price again if I continue my treatment with this dentist.

   Had a simple bit of treatment, thankfully. Overall environment of the clinic was fairly moderate. Served with nice hospitality and friendly confidence. Price? You won't expect cheaper fees for dental treatments in NZ. But for me it seems quite fair. Recommended to everyone looking for quality for money.
