   Fast service, very little waiting time. But Te atatu rd always busy so it's better to take left turn and do a loop rather then waiting to cross the road.

   Just ordered a combo and the fries were stale and disgustingly hard… if you’re in a rush please do the job properly, I don’t come often but when I do they’re food is usually pretty on but tonight wasn’t it. Otherwise everything else was okay but the chips were fricken shocking, tasted like they’d been over cooked early this morning and then pulled out.

   Usually the night team is on and It looked like a completely new set of workers, but tonight and another time they messed up an order. I ordered a burger with extras in it only for it to come without what I asked for (twice as this happened on a previous occasion. Not to mention one of the other burgers I ordered looked like a sad piece of work, I’d compare it to someone who really hates their job and slammed together the quickest burger you can think of. Everything else was fine but the main meal should at least be done right.

   Car parking is horrible, Mc donalds staff uses the whole parking lot,. So for customers there will be no parking, Some staff were very rude especially with black uniform. Red uniform staff were friendly. Food is okay. A person was smoking e cigarettes in.

   Gross. Bathrooms were apparently disgusting, we were warned against going in there. Staff were quite rude and didn't know what they were doing. I got a quarter pounder, something safe that always tastes okay, well this patty was as dry as an old boot. Horrible experience

   The fries were the only thing that tasted fresh. The grand Angus burger was disgusting in appearance & taste. The filling was half out of the bun, the Angus pattie was dry, and tasteless, lettuce was certainly not fresh, bacon was dry & small pieces broken up. Absolutely no sauce or mayor to add a little flavor. The McFlurry was merely softservepoured into the cup & MnMminis sprinkled over it. Over $20 for the worst ever meal I have had in many years. McDonald's head office, this store needs complete retraining. I will NEVER buy from this place again!

   Cold or lukewarm fries/burgers more often then not (if you’re not busy, cook them fresh). Probably one of the most consistently bad maccas I’ve used (sorry but do better).

   It's hot and delishes . Sitting outside in my car not realizing there was seating inside. The Barrister she's very freindly and thanks to her I'm having a nice hot tasty coffee. Hot fresh food . It feels like the staff are happy as there's a nice cruzy vibe. Nice

   Absolutely disgusting!!! Ordered a combo and only after nearly finished with the fries, we realised there is a strand of hair, attached to it are 2 small pieces of white stuff. Looks like dough? We threw up instantly. Angry and disappointed. If it was just a piece of hair, we would have ignored it but this is next level of sickness. For the sake of your health and well-being don't go here. Or dine at your own risk! Shocking!!

   TAP McDonald's, thanks for reminding me why I don't eat your food! Family order of 6 nuggets Kid Meal, 2 x Hotcakes combo & 1 x bacon & egg Mcmuffin combo.Your staff told me I couldn't have a sausage & egg Mcmuffin because they're not available after 10.30AM . . . & yet b&e Mcmuffins are available? Weird! What we got: cold fries with the Kids meal, 3 x butter & 1 x syrup between 2 x hotcakes, orange juice with the combo's, tasting like it had been watered down. With an extra side of poor attitude from your ordering staff Have tried contacting. I've left a voice message requesting a call back.
