I had such a great experience getting my eyebrows done! The lady who did them was absolutely lovely — from the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcomed and completely at ease. Her warm and friendly personality created a calm and comfortable atmosphere, which I really appreciated. She took her time to ask what I wanted and made sure I was happy with the shape before starting. Throughout the appointment, she explained what she was doing and checked in to make sure I was comfortable. You could really tell she cared about her work and wanted me to walk away feeling confident — which I did! The end result was amazing — my brows looked clean, natural, and perfectly shaped. At my age having anything done to your face is challenging but after my first session with Pratika that all changed. She is the only one I trust to to do my facial and eyebrows and waxing as she is so caring and professional and she always does a wonderful job. I would recommend her to anyone
