   Not recommended. Surely one of the worst car dealers still in operation. I’ve had to take this dealer to the Motor Vehicle Disputes Tribunal twice, which already says more than enough about the level of professionalism and accountability on offer here. The car I purchased had major oil leaks, coolant leaks, and worn suspension, among other serious faults. The dealer was initially unwilling to address these issues under the Consumer Guarantees Act. Only after receiving a notice from the court did he suddenly become cooperative. The repairs were sub-par, forcing me to take the matter back to the Tribunal. The court has now ordered the dealer to collect the car at his cost and correct the outstanding issues. Anyone experiencing similar problems should not hesitate to contact the MVDT to ensure their consumer rights are upheld.

   Never buy a car from this place!! I bought a Mercedes-Benz GLE350d for $45,000, and within a day of selling it, I found four dents. I also discovered that the roof, two dents on the left door, and the paint job on the left door were not done properly. Instead of fixing them, he blamed the customer. After purchasing the car, I discovered it didn't have air suspension. He didn't disclose the car's specs to anyone before purchasing. He refused to give me a refund, offering a lame excuse that he didn't know about it. He avoids mistakes and shifts all responsibility to the customer.

   Went to buy one car and we brought two! The cars are high quality and in great condition. The easiest purchasing process I’ve experienced at a dealership! No hard sell on extras such as finance, insurance and extended warranty that you expect these days from dealers made it so much more pleasant. If you’re interested in one of their cars that you’ve seen online then call ahead to book test drive as that will make it easier for them and you.

   I needed a replacement vehicle asap after my previous one was written off. Eason at Ez motors made things very Ez for me. There was no pressure to buy, only advice, options and recommendations were offered which just built up trust right away. Once I chose the vehicle I wanted, I didn't have to lift a finger. Everything was organized and completed by Eason. I will definitely recommend Eason at Ez motors to everyone, and I will be a returning customer.

   I purchased a toyota ch-r 2017, 20k, from the dealer today, almost brand new, best price i can find as it is today. The owner Eason is reasonable and intelligent. If i want to buy another car i will go back to him, if he doesn't have the right car i will ask him to import for me. Honestly, Japanese import is all good and better value than nz new.

   I purchased Nissan X-trail hybrid at EZ Motors two weeks ago. They helped me with choosing the right within my budget. Also, they provided enough information so that I can make a decision without wasting my money or time. When I made my decision, it only took 3 days for the pickups with the service including some touch ups, replacement of the engine oil and air filters. I am satisfied with the quality of their service as well as the car I purchased. I will definetely consider of coming back to EZ motors for my future cars.
