Disturbing Experience — Buyers Should Proceed With Extreme Caution My experience with North Western Toyota (Henderson) was shockingly unprofessional. After I confirmed my intention to purchase in writing, communication suddenly stopped. The sales manager, Eric Zhang, told me the vehicle had an unspecified “technical fault” and could not be sold, yet at the same time, the same vehicle was listed for sale publicly at a higher price. No explanation was provided despite multiple requests. This level of dishonesty, lack of transparency, and disregard for customers is unacceptable. Based on my experience, this dealership cannot be trusted — I strongly advise buyers to avoid it.

The whole process from booking to collection was hassle free, and the waiting room has great hot chocolate and coffee for you to enjoy!

Understaffed with only one person working the lot. When we approached to ask questions we were told they would get to us next, sadly wealthier looking family came in so we were promptly ignored :)
This outfit were really good and efficient first two years of my near new car then...gradually service became so frustratting. Non notification of my next service plus noticing that some of front desk staff are sometime confused of what their roles are aaarrgghh. Please change as I'm willing to pay for good quality service like you used to offer...
