    We bought an Alta hot tub from Alpine Spas as recommended by Aakarsh. Everything from delivery to set up went according to plan despite Aakarsh having to head off to the Field Days in a few hours. Once installed it performed very well especially the stainless steel wood fired water heater. Good company, good people.

    We dealt with Balraj at Alpine Spas in Auckland to purchase our Helsinki Sauna and were really happy with our experience, he arranged for us to test the sound system out and sit in the sauna to test the comfy seats while we made our decision. We had shopped around and looked at a few other places and models, Alpine definitely has the best quality & value for money. Delivery was arranged quickly, our set up took longer than the estimated 45 mins, but that was mainly due to us not quite getting the back panel fitted right, once we got that part done it was all good. The seat is really comfy and the sauna experience feels so luxurious. It heats up quicker than I expected which is great and our power bill in the first month hasn't gone up much at all, even though we used it every 2-3rd day for 45mins to an hour. Highly recommend Alpine as you can go and see what you are buying as apposed to so many online Sauna options these days where you have no idea what you might receive.

    I’m really happy with my sauna. It’s a great kitset. Very high quality stainless fittings, heater & cedar. Great instructions & everything is included (even tools to handle the glass). I am amazed at how well it goes together. Everything just fits. I’m not a handyman but the result is fantastic. I’ll definitely recommend AJ and Alpine Spas to family and friends.

    I looked at a lot of online reviews before making this purchase with Alpine Spas it was a big purchase as I am retired. I rang and Monica took me thru the process and advised me of witch spa would be best for me. The service that I have received from Monica was second to none, I did not think any companies gave this kind of service anymore. (read as old man living in the past). If I sent an email Monica got back to me immediately, if I rung her she was always available to me or got back to me asap and treated me with the greatest respect. I paid for the spa on Sunday, got a ring from a lovely lady at dispatch on Tuesday asking when I would like it, as it was free depo to depo delivery I said send it out soon as you can. The spa was up at Mainfreight in Whangarei Tuesday night and my son in-law brought it home Wednesday after work. It took a few weeks to get wiring done and deck strengthened, all up an running now and loving it , not a moments regret. A verry big thank you Monica Edward and Alpine spas

    It's a very nice spa. We purchased the Vermont and think after doing alot of research it's very good value for money. It's whisper quiet, has very good warranties, is nice and deep and we really like the two loungers. The sales people were very helpful and pointed out the subtle differences between models which was very helpful in our decision making. There was also nothing else to buy. It came with steps, chemicals, cover lifter and even two nice towels and holders. I'd certainly recommend an Alpine Spa.

    I didn't really know too much about sauna's, but given I had an amazing experience when I chose an Alpine Spa last year, I opted for an Alpine Sauna. Thankfully, it was the right choice. The Oslo sauna was the perfect size for my gym. I've been using it to recover after weight training to great effect. Very happy indeed.
