It is so nice to see lots of great reviews about this business. Our family never use them, but we have been to some occasions where this company did the catering. I'm really disappointed with the service we received today. We came in around lunchtime, and while I usually have a great experience here, today was very different. The main man that served us was noticeably rude and seemed angry. While I understand that everyone has off days, his behavior made us feel very uncomfortable. He didn't seem to be listening to our order properly and was handling things in a rushed and careless manner, which came across as intimidating. Unfortunately, this experience has left a negative impression, and we don't feel comfortable returning. I value good service highly, and today's interaction fell far short of what I've come to expect from your shop. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and helps improve future customer experiences.
