   Had an absolutely amazing experience with Sachith today! From start to finish, he was incredibly professional, and creative. He brought so many great styling ideas to the table and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. Throughout the entire haircut, I could tell I was in expert hands, it felt like he had magical hands, effortlessly bringing the look to life. I’m beyond happy with the outcome, it turned out even better than I imagined. I’d love to get my hair styled by him again.

   Had the pleasure of being treated by Thomas at this salon. He is an exceptional stylist and created magic with my hair. Cannot recommend him enough. I had extensions, in this photo as I needed long hair for a party. I will upload before and after photos when I remember.

   I had to change my hairdresser because I wasn't happy with the last haircut I got so I decided to try out Vivo Birkenhead and I am happy to say that Thomas did a fantastic job of my hair, cut, color and blow-dry. I went in with a frustrated look on my face and came out with a smile. Thank you for doing a great job.

   I got my hair done last Friday and wasn’t too pleased with the results. Emailed asking for a quote on a root touch up only, they said between $140-$160 depending on hair thickness, got charged $230. This could be due to the “blow wave” I received, however I thought it was complimentary as my booking was only for root touch up discussed via email. The lady who originally does my hair was with another client when I arrived so another stylist was asked to take over my appointment. She was lovely however I wasn’t pleased with the service. All around my head was badly stained for a few days. Normally I don’t mind a little staining however the placement of the dye was all over, it seriously looked like a home job. As the dye was sitting in my hair my original stylist quickly came over to check everything and had to blend the dye in properly. The blow wave I got was drying my hair fully with a hair dryer, then curled using a straightener. I’ve had my hair blow waved by multiple hairdressers at vivo and other salons before, this definitely wasn’t one. I emailed customer service explaining the situation politely and asked for a refund as I don’t think its fair to be quoted an estimate price then get charged $70 more than the original quote, plus receiving a blow wave that wasn’t a blow wave at all. Customer service couldn’t provide a refund and forwarded my email to North Shore regional manager. I sent a follow up email yesterday and still haven’t heard anything. *UPDATE this review was written almost a month ago now, still haven’t heard anything from the regional manager as was told twice now that they’d be in contact with me.

   Khadijah is an incredible colourist and hair stylist! The pic on the left is the "after" and the pic on the right is the "before". She worked her magic based on a photo and it turned out even better than the photo! The consultation was truely collaborative. I was recommended to her by a friend and I'm so grateful to have found a stylist I'll come to as a regular. Thank you so much Khadijah!

   My homestay student has had her hair done at this salon. The front layer is uneven. I had to take her to another salon to get this fixed. She paid 104.00. I shocked to see the results.

   I've been multiple times, and 3 stylists did a Terible job. I came back 1 year later to give them another chance and they were going to charge me another $125 on top of the voucher I have for 25grams of color. I have medium length thin hair. Absolute rip off To go on- they weren't even willing to help me find another solution. Don't waste your time going here

   Had an incredible experience once again with Anna, she did my hair 2 months ago and I just came back to her for a trim and a root touch up and was super happy with it. Anna never fails to provide great customer service, she even made me tea, felt like I was in a cozy cafe! I have to say the whole team is lovely too :)

   Not a person who put reviews but the service i got from kelley really made me do this. She was amazing she made my day. She did amazing job. That was my first time visiting vivo but now i am going to visit again and again. I am so happy with the results. I can definitely trust vivo for the next time. I felt very welcoming by store manager and kelley. Thankyou
