Super bad first time experience, wish there is zero star to choose - the owner Shannon doesn’t know what customer service is. Went to the salon but was informed that I ticked the wrong service on the booking system and she couldn’t do the service I needed. She was very rude and trying to blaming me for ticking the wrong service online instead of trying to find a solution. She doesn’t care about her customer at all, I cannot comprehend why she is working in customer service industry when she obviously doesn’t want to deal with people. Not recommend the place to anyone!!!!
Worst experience ever!!! I had booked an appointment with the store owner Shannon for a cut and half head of foils, only to go in and be told that the appointment hadn’t been approved and that she couldn’t do it. I said I had received confirmation of the booking via email but she took that with a grain of salt and quite rudely and bluntly told me she couldn’t do anything for me today. I had the worst week and just wanted my hair done to feel good about myself, but left feeling 10 times worse. Shannon was rude and not accomodating at all. Will never recommend this salon to anybody, and will never TRY book an appointment again.

Absolutely discussed with the service. Sharon was rude. Don’t know how they’re a good reviews, things must be going downhill. $100 for a haircut that a 6 year old would’ve done with more than effort.
Vicky is fantastic! She’s kind, skilled and just lovely. Looked after my Mum and made her look wonderful. She’s very happy.
