I was lucky enough to notice this lovely salon a few weeks ago and FINALLY managed to get in for my appointment today after I'd had to reschedule multiple times (all very graciously accommodated). Claire gets my cut right every time, even when given terribly vague instructions. My colour lasts and upon revisiting Claire always tries to keep my appointments as minimal and timely as possible.
