Ian is the best at servicing edgebanders. He really knows his stuff and will travel to you where ever you are in the country. He is especially good with the older models.
Stunning service, with excellent follow-up and repair. We had a sander that needed repair due to a faulty switch on a five year old machine. The repair was completed within 5 working days. Adam and Amy made the repair effortless. W&R Jack have a great product line, with the Virutex sanders being especially reliable.

Needed a part for our bandsaw. I phoned up with the model number. Man said that he would check and call back. He did 2 days later and gave me a part number and cost which was 5 times higher than the same part in 2016. I phoned and talked to someone else who told me the part number was wrong and gave me a new part number. I went to the store and picked up the parts which turned out to be cheaper than they were in 2016.
