We did a walkin & waited patiently. Appreciated the lovely suave hair cut done for my son hair making sure his rat tail was still in place on the other hand my husband's cut was a bit mediocre with the beard trim. Overall clean cuts at its best.
We frequent this barbershop because of Nonz. Being a walk-in barber does require a broad and diverse type of imagination as people walk in requesting haircuts that could be extremely different than the previous and I believe Nonz is an architect in this field. Coupled with his gentleness while working with children shows his adaptability and respect he has for his workplace. In the past, I have personally seen him work through his lunch breaks to cut a group of children’s hair. Small deeds like this show the wholeness of his character and the heart he has. And we drive out from West Auckland because of Nonz.
I brought 3 boys out for a cut with Nonz, and they left feeling on top of the world, ecstatic with their new cuts! They loved how gentle Nonz was while cutting their hair, how he listened to what they wanted + also recommending good tips for them. They couldn't stop smiling and flaunting their new cuts. We were warmly welcomed by all of the barbers in the shop when we first arrived, there is a nice warmth in the space and it is a good atmosphere. Second time taking my son actually my husbands been taking our son to this barbershop and I must say since we cut my sons locks off 8 years ago we've been going to another barbershop, cuts have been OK but since taking my son to twosevenfive and been getting his cuts done by cutsby we will never look back and will continue to use cutsby for years to come. cutsby have been on point with my sons cuts so detailed and exactly what my son wants. Such an awesome environment to be around as told my my husband and son, definitely see you soon.
Finally took my son in after staying with his same barber for 8 years. Good decision as my little one really enjoys sitting in the chair. Mainly because the barber (had the same one both times) is friendly and takes the time to talk with him, both of us actually. Also giving a 5 star review bc I love how this establishment is always giving back to our communities!
My 14 yr old son's first time using this barber. Had to book online & give credit card number to secure booking which I found strange at first however it did say nothing would be taken out - I guess this is to cover for no shows which I understand. Had to wait 30mins after appointment time though. Cut was exactly what my son wanted. Cost $40 though which is dearer than other local barbers in Otahuhu & Papatoetoe which is $25-$30. Overall son is happy which is the main thing. Thanks.
I haven't had the pleasure of a cut yet, but I can vouch through the many testimonies of some of South Aucklands finest hip hop artists.
