   The screenshot illustrates the ethical concerns of an egotistical business owner. I informed them via text that I was running late. When I first booked via phone and visited the same day, I was not shown any policy or informed of one. For my second booking, I was late and informed them. They advised paying 50% to rebook, then subsequently requested the full amount. While I would have paid the 50% fee, I was uncomfortable with the inconsistency in their words and attitude. As you can see, I had spent $244 on my first visit. Just Sharing my experience. First day was perfect.

   Very friendly staff. I was greeted well throughout from the time I stepped into the saloon. I had a hair cut from Petrina and she did an amazing job with the cut. She listened me thoroughly about my hair condition and provided me with suggestions that could work for my scalp. Definitely will come back and highly recommend Oblique Hair Saloon in North Shore.

   Having just moved to the Shore, I stumbled across this fabulous hairdresser in the nick of time, somehow having turned into something resembling a scarecrow due to ‘the art of moving house’. Petrina was fabulous! She immediately saw my predicament and gave me an amazing hair treatment along with the best head massage ever! I walked out feeling human again! I highly recommend Oblique and am already looking forward to my next visit!
