   I'm so glad I popped in at the Target Bake House. I see it often, but first time I stopped. It's not a big shop, but it has a big range of all sorts of delicacies. Pies, sandwiches, slices, tarts, treats, and drinks a plenty. I had the cream filled pancake, which is hard to find at many bakeries. It was a fluffy pancake with perfectly clotted cream. The custard tart was just devine! It has a thin, buttery, crisp tart base. The custard is soft and absolutely delicious. Just the perfect amount of sweet. The guy serving me was also very friendly. It is a bit more expensive than some other bakeries, but you pay for quality. Parking can be a bit tricky.

   The steak and cheese is sensational! Chicken and egg filled roll is top notch and the custard tarts are excellent! Great food, and the staff always have a smile no matter what time for day or week! One of the best bakery’s in West Auckland for sure! Very good value for money aswell!

   The bacon & egg quiche is THE BEST!! The fruiit is fresh. Probably the best bakery in West Auckland. Love the pizza sticks.
