   I wanted to commend Alessandro from the 128 Queen Street store for helping my Mother; who needed a new phone last week. My mother Joy is a super senior; and I had to make a trip to New Zealand from the United States to assist her with things around the home. She has been a long term customer of OneNZ; but high on the list was getting her a new phone that would be a seamless experience, and provide her security in this day and age of technology. We all know how hard it is for our senior parents to navigate the complexity of technology. Alessandro was excellent and totally transparent in walking us through all the options; and listened to his customer. It is refreshing to find an honest and kind salesman and customer service representative. I would recommend Alessandro to anyone needing help with their phone service.

2. Super Saiyan 3 ★☆☆☆☆

   I walked into the store today and ended up completely wasting my one-hour break. I came all the way from the Viaduct thinking I could quickly get what I needed, but it was such a long wait. They were obviously understaffed and despite customers piling up, no one even bothered to acknowledge or speak to us. Not even a simple update or apology. Really disappointing and unprofessional.

   One of the worst customer service has been experienced by this staff Mr. LOUIS. No positive energy and no attitude to help out. Usually, I don’t review and if don’t feel it just walk out as I know that customer service is not easy work as I’m in the same industry. However, simply super rude and had issue with every customer- felt extremely racist. The tone and way of service is extremely unprofessional. Just after our service while sitting at the store we have encountered one of the very unprofessional and yelling/shouting and mouthing off to another customer. Bullying to customers and was trying to escalate issues - just need to work out the better staff training program. I wish that I could review “NEGATIVE RATING” and hope that management would find the root cause and rectify accordingly.
