Visited the store yesterday and again today and purchased some men’s boots.both days had amazing friendly, helpful staff. Made what could have been a stressful purchase (footwear for a wedding) much easier. Big thumbs up to the great staff there.

Great service for a shoeless person
The few times I've been here, service has been great. They are a smaller store than most so might not have all the stock people are looking for.
Rubbish staff busy talking with each other and doesn't even say Hi to customer or see if they need anything.
Terrible to no service. Difficult to get correct shoes out of store room. Plenty of excuses.
Didn't have much choice for my wide feet! Pity because they looked nice online
